The staff was amazing and probably the most courteous i have come across in Pakistan. I would like to thank the two gentlemen from house keeping on the first floor along with Mr. Aftab and Mr. Hassan at reception. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially the security staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most comfortable, clean, and professionally managed hotel experiences I’ve ever had — not only in Pakistan, but globally. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the ambiance felt warm, luxurious, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and courteous, and I was guided to a room that was both elegant and immaculately clean. As someone who travels frequently and pays close attention to hygiene, comfort, and service quality, I was thoroughly impressed. The bedroom was flawlessly cleaned — fresh sheets, a perfectly made bed, clean surfaces, and every item in its place. The bathroom was spotless, shining from top to bottom, with neatly arranged amenities, clean towels, and a refreshing scent that made it feel brand new every day. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and I truly felt at home. A huge part of this excellent experience is thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Muhammad Wazeer, who serves as the Evening Shift Incharge – Housekeeping. His work ethic, professionalism, and sincere approach to guest comfort are truly remarkable. During my stay, he consistently ensured that the room was cleaned to the highest standard, evening turndown service was done smoothly, and all requests were met promptly with a positive attitude. Even at later hours, his commitment never wavered. His presence brought a sense of reassurance that everything would be taken care of with precision and care. During my stay at PC Hotel Karachi in Room No. 222, I was highly impressed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The dining area was also spotless and neatly arranged, offering a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. The furniture in the room was in excellent condition—neat, clean, and well cared for. Every detail reflected a commitment to high standards of hospitality.
